What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Payroll & Labor Relations Supervisor (Replacement Pre-Post Natal).Responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely management of payroll and separation processes across the 5 countries of operation, guaranteeing local regulatory compliance, precision in payroll calculations, settlements and severance payments, and the continuous improvement of compensation processes and systems at a regional level, including centralization initiatives and internal client service.
Functions & Responsabilities
* Supervise and coordinate the monthly payroll process across the defined countries, ensuring accuracy, legal compliance and on-time payment.
* Manage separation processes (resignations, terminations, retirements), including the calculation of severance pay, settlements and indemnifications in accordance with local regulations in each country.
* Ensure compliance with legal and tax obligations related to payroll in each jurisdiction (withholdings, social security contributions, taxes).
* Lead payroll functions, ensuring the correct execution of all processes.
* Coordinate with HR and Finance teams in each country for accurate payroll accounting entries.
* Maintain and update payroll management systems (HCM/ERP) and ensure data integrity.
* Act as the point of contact for internal and external audits related to payroll and separations.
* Identify process improvements and automation opportunities in regional payroll management.
*Manage relationships with external payroll providers and/or legal consultants as applicable
What specific knowledge do you need?
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles in payroll and/or HR management.
Proven experience in calculating severance pay, settlements and indemnifications in at least 2 of the 5 countries of operation.
Proficiency in payroll management systems (Oracle HCM, ADP or others).
Desirable: experience leading payroll or compensation teams.
Desirable: experience in payroll system implementation or improvement projects.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Accounting, or related field.
