What are we looking for?

We are looking for an Accountig Supervisor. To Supervise and ensure the correct execution of the accounting process of the assigned companies, guaranteeing quality, timeliness and compliance with IFRS standards and group policies. Lead the accounting team, ensuring timely closings, reliable financial information and adequate interaction with external auditors and internal areas

What challenges will you face?

• Review and validate accounting records under IFRS and corporate policies.

• Lead the team of analysts, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.

• Prepare and review financial statements and annual notes.

• Coordinate and attend to external audit requirements.

• Identify accounting risks and propose process improvements.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate deadlines.

• Support in implementation and improvement of systems (ERP).

• Coordinate with areas such as Treasury, Taxes, AP, AR, Commercial and TAX.

What specific knowledge do you need?

Minimum 5 years in accounting.

Experience supervising teams.

Experience in managing multiple companies or holding-type structures.

Experience in closing processes and external audit.

Knowledge of local taxes
