What are we looking for?

We are looking for an FP&A ANALYST based in México who plays a pivotal role in controlling the financial performance of operating assets, including P&L (revenues, costs, EBITDA) and cash flow/sources and uses.

What challenges will you face?

• Financial Analysis: Perform detailed financial analysis, prepare reports, and evaluate financial statements to identify trends and opportunities.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop budgets and forecasts, monitor performance, and recommend cost-saving measures.
• Financial Reporting: Generate accurate reports, ensure compliance with standards, and explain variances to management.
• Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow, optimize accounts receivable/payable, and improve working capital.
• Risk Management: Assess financial risks, implement mitigation strategies, and stay informed on industry and regulatory changes.

What specific knowledge do you need?

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economy, accounting, engineering, math, statistics, or any course that involves logical thinking.
• At least 3 years of experience in similar positions in FP&A or Asset Management, Energy or Utilities industries.
• Fluent English
• Advanced Microsoft Office
• Power BI and Oracle ERP
